Session with Parents
Our sessions with parents provide a supportive space for open communication, guidance, and collaboration. These meetings foster stronger connections between families and our team, empowering parents with resources and strategies to better support their autistic children’s growth and development.

Food Bank and Nutrition Support
At Senfocus, we run a dedicated food bank to support special needs parents or SEN parents who may face challenges in accessing nutritious meals. We provide essential food supplies tailored to the needs of SEN families, including sensory-friendly options and meal ideas. Our team also offers guidance on meal planning, budget-friendly nutrition, and practical ways to make the most of available ingredients. By ensuring families have access to healthy, balanced meals, we help create a more stable and supportive home environment for SEN children.

Swimming Programme
Our specialised swimming programme provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for SEN children to build confidence in the water. Led by experienced instructors, our sessions are tailored to accommodate sensory sensitivities, mobility needs, and different learning styles. Through gentle guidance and structured activities, we help children develop water safety skills, improve coordination, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of swimming. Our programme fosters independence, relaxation, and fun, ensuring that every child feels comfortable and encouraged at their own pace.

Cooking Workshops for Parents
Our hands-on cooking workshops support special needs parents or SEN parents in creating nutritious, sensory-friendly meals that cater to their child’s needs. These sessions provide practical tips on meal preparation, managing selective eating, and positively introducing new foods. Parents gain confidence in adapting recipes, understanding nutritional balance, and making mealtimes less stressful and enjoyable for the whole family.
