- Eligibility:
Participants with or awaiting diagnosed of autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD &ASD)
Age requirements: 4-16. Participants must be able to engage in group activities with support as needed.
- Enrolment:
Parents/guardians must complete the registration form accurately.
Provide accurate medical and emergency contact information.
Any changes to the information must be promptly communicated to [Program Provider].
- Program Schedule:
The program schedule, including session dates, times, and locations, will be provided upon enrolment.
Program Provider reserves the right to modify the schedule with advance notice.
- Code of Conduct:
Respect for others is mandatory. Any form of bullying, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated.
Participants are expected to follow instructions and guidelines provided by program facilitators.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior of their child during program hours.
- Communication:
Program Provider will communicate important information via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to communicate any concerns or special considerations regarding their child’s participation.
- Health and Safety:
Participants should be in good health to attend the program.
Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed during enrollment.
In case of illness or emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
- Privacy:
Personal information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Programme Leader will use photos or videos for promotional purposes with consent from parents/guardians.
- Program Fees:
Fees for the program are £5.00 and are due on weekly or monthly
Payment plans or financial assistance may be available upon request.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Participants can withdraw from the program with written notice.
Refunds service is available
- Liability:
Program Provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the program.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s belongings.
- Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings if necessary.
By enrolling in Senfocus, participants and their parents/guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
